Requirements:

PCT is currently hiring full-time, recruiting field supervisors in the Southeastern Michigan area to sell our products and services. This is a supervisor position and the candidate will need to meet all DSR requirements. Individuals will need to exceed both personal sales targets and team goals. Individual will also need to be able to supervise a team of 5 or more people.

Successful applicants will sell Comcast services door to door to residential customers and lead a team to tremendous earning potential based on performance. Previous Door to Door, Cable or Telecom sales experience is required. Qualified candidates must be available to work Tuesday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Our RFSs Must:

 

• Sell residential services Door to Door in assigned neighborhoods
• Demonstrate credibility, integrity, and an openness to accountability
• Provide supervision and training in the field
• Meet or exceed minimum sales goals both personally and for their team
• Organize time productively
• Possess leadership and management skills
• Possess Recruiting and Training Skills
• Commit the needed time to to be successful
• Place orders efficiently and effectively on behalf of the customer
• Problem solve issues and customer escalations
• Engage in the field with their customers and their team

 

Skills Needed:

 

• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to succeed in a highly dynamic sales environment
• 3+ yrs sales experience
• Previous Door to Door or Field Sales experience
• Previous Supervisory or management experience
• TV, Internet, Telecom, or Security Sales experience

 

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications

 

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid drivers license, proof of Insurance, vehicle registration, social security card, and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check, employment history investigation, felony record check, driving record check, and drug screen
