Nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company has immediate openings for qualified inside sales representatives/appointment setters for our regional office in Pompano Beach. Business-to-Business.

Both Part AND Full time opportunities are available – please specify which you are interested in:

Part-time hours are: 9am – 2pm, Monday-Friday

Full-time hours are: 9am – 5pm, Monday-Friday   

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to achieve sales goals
• Tracking daily phone calls
• Follow up and answering return calls/emails
• Other related duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Base salary plus great commission package
• Complete paid training
• Health Benefits offered after 90 days for full-time employees
• Specific details regarding salary to be discussed in the interview

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

• Business to business experience is preferred: however we will consider previous experience in other industries.
• Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
• Prior experience in making out-bound calls a plus.
• Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
