This is a newly formed management consulting firm providing business counseling and talent strategy solutions to early stage & established small to mid size companies generating annual revenues of $5 million to $50 million and more. We’re looking for a well connected Professional Sales Executive to sell talent management and assessment technology solutions to C-level decision makers.
We promote a resource that generates, stores and analyzes candidate, individual and team assessment results for use in a wide variety of business solutions. If you’re a company of 20 or 20,000, there are different types of assessment tools. However, there are few performance assessment resources like ours that produce both exceptional accuracy and the ability to manage this information from a central hub. From this platform, a company can produce visually graphic and easy to read reports that can help businesses in a variety of ways ranging from individual performance coaching to team development and training initiatives to creating comprehensive talent recruiting strategies that attract top level performers.
This assessment management system is an invaluable resource to Senior Level Executives, Business Managers or Owners who value the importance of saving time & money while simultaneously improving productivity & efficiency.
Our Ideal Candidate will have the following:
· Must have a minimum 10 years of B2B experience selling services & solutions to Senior or C- Level decision makers.
· Has Generated a Personal Sales Portfolio of at least $500,000 ($1 million + preferable)
· Has Previously Owned/Managed a Boutique practice or Has Extensive Experience working as part of an Early or Latter Stage Start Up.
· Must have at least 5 – 10 years experience in a Management Role.
Compensation:
· This is a 1099 Professional Sales Position, Pay For Performance
· 35% Commission on Net Sales with an Increase to 40% upon exceeding sales performance Goals.
· 25% Commission on Annual Contract Renewals for the life of Client Relationship or Contractor Agreement. 1st Year Earning Potential Between $85K - $160K |
