AT&T - NOW HIRING- Telesales Representative - Hoover, AL- Scheduling Interviews Now

Our Telesales Representatives assist new and existing customers with the purchase of all equipment and service offered by the Company.  They provide customer assistance with promotions and work exclusively in a Telesales environment, receiving inbound calls. 

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·One or more years of strong sales experience in wireless industry

·PC, Windows, email and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions

·One or more years in a commission based environment

·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·Ability to multi-task in a fast pace sales environment

·Must be able to work independently and as a team member

·Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime based on the needs of the business

·Must have 100% attendance in a 6-8 week New Hire Training class

·Educate and sell to the customer needs over the phone

TESTS:

Call Center Simulation (E-Technologies) or previous Call Center experience within the last 5 years.

·6 months sales experience preferred.

Salary: $12 - $15/hr plus incentives
