To sell, prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Cooks and prepares food according to Brunswick XL specifications (methods and portions)
• Prepares all food items correctly in a timely fashion
• Communicates with Kitchen Manager and Food & Beverage Manager on changes and/or shortages
• Rotates food supplies according to standard food rotation procedure
• Receives food and supplies
• Follows all food prep guidelines according to Brunswick XL regulations
• Maintains all refrigerators
• Stocks refrigerators and freezers on a daily basis
• Operates and Cleans food preparation equipment
• Maintains cleanliness of Kitchen and ensures hygienic conditions
• Follows all HACCP guidelines
• Completes daily cleaning and closing checklists
• Completes Area Daily Safety Checklist
• Maintains a safe work environment
