Requirements:

• At least 3 Years Experience in PHP web development. 
• Web Design & HTML coding. 
• Must be passionate about aesthetics and user experience.
• Must know and follow best practices between coding for an email and coding for a website
• Must be able to be effecient in an unsupervised environment
• Must love idea generation and brainstorming
• Must always be looking to help automate and streamline internal processes
• Must love coming up with projects ideas
• Must be "laid back" yet professional
• Must be able to express thoughts through writing and verbal communication.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in:
  • PHP
  • SQL
  • Javascript / AJAX / Javascript Frameworks
  • FLEX / ACTIONSCRIPT
  • ASP/ASP.net C# / VB
  • OOP Knowledge
  • MVC Knowledge
  • Content Management Development / Deployment
  • Website Design
  • HTML/XML/CSS
  • Zend Framework
  • Web Application Architectural management and implementation
  • Adobe Development Tools (Dreamweaver/Flash/Photoshop)
  • User Experience Development and Implementation
