Essential Functions:
Lead strategy to create a more proactive and effective recruiting engine to fill key roles across HR and field operations for current and future needs
Help pilot use of new processes, teams and systems to enable our core HR processes and services to be more efficient
Help improve our HR team’s capability to coach and advise our field and headquarters management team based on current insights and trends
Introduce new training and tools to identify, develop and deploy top leadership talent across the organization
Serve as a key member of the DISH Network HR leadership team
Help successfully develop a stronger HR team to partner with and lead our Operations team to become best in class in our industry
Research trends and best practices within Global 1000 companies to become best in class at HR and talent management
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred
Minimum 10 years proven technical, functional and leadership experience in respected and admired corporations
Other Qualifications:
Proven passion and demonstrated ability to lead teams to measurable success
Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional organizations and influence others at a variety of levels with highly proficient oral and written communication skills
Requires high level of computer proficiency including use of SharePoint, PowerPoint & Excel
Ability to work independently as well as an effective team player
Shared values of pride, adventure, winning with outstanding energy, intelligence and need to achieve
Ability to travel is essential
